Can God save me?

Here's the answer:

Yes, God can save you and only God can save you.

It is important to understand why we need to be saved. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden, their sin separated us from God. Because of God’s great love for us, He had a plan to save us from this separation. God sent Jesus to earth to die for us, taking the punishment we deserved. When Jesus died, our sin debt was paid.

It doesn’t matter who you are, God can save you. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done, God can save you. Jesus Christ died to save sinners, and we are all sinners.

A person in the Bible illustrates this well. Paul spent the first part of his life hating Christians, throwing them in prison, and even killing them. We would consider him to be a really bad and sinful person. Then God saved Him! He became one of the greatest Christian missionaries who ever lived.

God can save you too!

Bible Truth

"God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son. Anyone who believes in him will not die but will have eternal life. God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world. He sent his Son to save the world through him" (John 3:16-17).

"Some people did accept him and did believe in his name. He gave them the right to become children of God" (John 1:12).
