What does the Bible say about thankfulness?

Here's the answer:

The Bible says we need to be thankful in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18).

The Bible tells us, “Give thanks to the Lord, because he is good. His faithful love continues forever” (Psalm 136:1). As this Bible verse tells us, we need to give thanks to the Lord because He is good and His love lasts forever.

Because of God, we can be thankful in all circumstances—even hard ones. In Psalm 30, David praises God when he is going through a hard time. Just as God was with David through this tough time, He will also be with us. We can be thankful because God is always with us and He will never leave (Psalm 23).

As followers of Jesus, we need to always be thankful. No matter what we are facing, we can know that God is always with us. There is no room for a lack of thankfulness in our life. We have so many great things to be thankful for, such as our family, friends, and salvation. Even when you feel there is nothing to be thankful for, you can be thankful for God.
