There is a misunderstanding that God prefers boys over girls. This is not true. God created both boys and girls in His image (Genesis 1:27). God loves both boys and girls equally.
Men and women do have different roles in the church and at home. This does not mean that one is more important than the other. The Bible tells us that only men can be pastors. This does not mean that girls are not equal to boys. Think about it…only women can have babies! Men can’t become pregnant. Only women can. God created boys and girls, men and women with their own unique roles.
Boys and girls do have distinct roles in God’s eyes. This does not change the love God has for all His children, both boys and girls. The Bible is clear that boys and girls are equal in God’s eyes. God loves you very much!
