What is hell like?
Here's the answer:
Hell is a place of pain, sadness, and separation from God.
The Bible tells us that hell is a dark, painful place. It's a real place where people are always hurting. They are always separated from God and His love. It's a lonely place, where people are never around anything that's good or fun or happy.
Once people are in hell, they are there forever and aren't ever able to go to heaven. Heaven is God's home. We deserve to be in hell apart from the perfect God because of our sin (bad things we do).
