Is there life after death?
Here's the answer:
Yes, there is life after death.
The Bible tells us that those who have accepted Jesus' gift of salvation receive eternal life with Him. Their souls/spirits are taken to heaven because their sins have been forgiven. Then their bodies will be resurrected later to live forever with God.
For those people who do not have a relationship with Jesus, death brings punishment. Their souls/spirits are sent to a temporary judgment and then to the lake of fire.
Eternal life with God is available to all. John 3:36 says, "Anyone who believes in the Son has eternal life. Anyone who does not believe in the Son will not have life. God’s anger remains on them."

Bible Truth
"Anyone whose name was not written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire" (Revelation 20:15).
"But here is how God has shown his love for us. While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. The blood of Christ has made us right with God. So we are even more sure that Jesus will save us from God's anger" (Romans 5:8–9).
