Why do babies die?

Here's the answer:

Babies die because we live in a fallen, broken, and sinful world.

The Bible tells us that all people are going to die. In the book of Romans, we read; “Sin entered the world because one man sinned. And death came because of sin. Everyone sinned, so death came to all people” (Romans 5:12).

We don’t know exactly why God allows babies to die. We are not God, so we can’t fully know all of His plans. We do know that God loves all people, including babies. When a baby dies, we can be assured that the baby has fulfilled his or her purpose in the world.

God didn’t originally create us to die. He wanted us to live with Him forever in the Garden. It is sad when babies die, but we know that when they die, they go to Heaven. Heaven is the perfect place. We can be comforted knowing that the baby is with God in Heaven!
