What was Jesus’ first miracle?
Here's the answer:
Jesus’ first miracle was turning water into wine at a wedding.
The Bible does not tell us any miracles Jesus did as a little boy. His first miracle did not happen until he was an adult. His first miracle was at a wedding in Cana (John 2:1-12). The first miracle Jesus did was turning water into wine.
The wine that resulted from Jesus’ miracle was far better than the previous wine (John 2:10). The wedding guests took notice! Jesus performed His first miracle in public to reveal His glory.
Jesus may have been fulfilling prophecy when he performed this miracle. In the book of Jeremiah, the Bible tells us the Messiah was associated with new wine (Jeremiah 31:12). Jesus’ miracle of turning water into wine proved Himself to be the long-awaited Messiah. How amazing! The next time you are at a wedding, make sure to tell someone how Jesus performed His first miracle at a wedding!
Bible Truth

"He said to him, 'Everyone brings out the best wine first. They bring out the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink. But you have saved the best until now'" (John 2:10).
"What Jesus did here in Cana in Galilee was the first of his signs. Jesus showed his glory by doing this sign. And his disciples believed in him" (John 2:11).
