Don’t worry. Praying continually doesn’t mean you have to kneel for the rest of your life with your hands folded and eyes closed! You can still do other things. The more you pray, the more you’ll find you can pray anytime and anywhere, even while you’re on the bus, playing soccer, or doing chores. You don’t have to close your eyes or speak out loud to pray. God can hear your silent prayer.
Praying continually reminds you that God is in control and that you need to obey and rely on God moment by moment. Praying continually helps you be joyful and give thanks to God always.
