Yes, you can tell God anything!
God knows everything about you. He isn't surprised by anything you might say to Him! He wants you to be honest, and tell Him about the things that make you happy, sad, scared, angry, or confused. He understands human emotions, because He created them!
So don't be afraid to come to God in prayer, no matter how you're feeling or what you have to say. He loves you and wants to hear from you often!
