What sort of jobs can I consider when I get older?
Here's the answer:

You can consider and work any job that interests you and brings God glory.
When we think of good, Christian jobs, we think of being a pastor or a missionary. While these are good jobs, not everyone will become a pastor or a missionary. Most of us will have other jobs. We can have any job we want as long as we are bringing God glory through our jobs. What we are doing doesn’t matter as much as who we are working for—God (Colossians 3:23).
Deciding on a specific job can be a challenge. Don’t worry; you still have plenty of time to decide. Take this matter before God in prayer and ask Him where He is leading you. God will direct your steps and show you what job He wants you to have. It is also important to seek counsel from your parents and other trusted individuals. Your job will probably change over the course of your life, but you can trust that God will place you where He wants you to be.
Each of us is unique with our own abilities. With our uniqueness, we can serve God in various ways. Think about what abilities and spiritual gifts God has blessed you with. Consider these things as you are thinking about what job to get as you grow older. Bring these feelings to God and allow Him to direct you (Proverbs 3:5–6).
