Why do I have to share with my brothers and sisters?
Here's the answer:
God gave us everything we have, and He wants us to share what we have with others.
God created families, and He wants each member of the family to love and take care of the others. We need to understand that no one in our family is more important than anyone else—God wants us to love and respect each person. Sometimes a good way to show love and respect to our siblings is to share with them!
God gave you everything you have, and He is the true owner of everything. He just gives you the privilege to use what He has given you. When you share, you’re just letting another person use what God has let you "borrow." When you realize that God has shared everything with you, it can make it easier to share what you have with a brother or sister.
Sharing doesn’t mean you have to give up your identity or the use of what God has given you. It just means that you’re following God’s example by being willing to share with your brother or sister. Since God has blessed you by sharing with you, now you can bless another member of your family by sharing with that person. Enjoy!
